What your venue needs
- A Windows 11 computer with an x64 processor, an SSD and a recommended 8 GB of RAM. The installer needs at least 3 GB of free space for installation. Allow additional space for data and backups.
- A router and WiFi coverage at every workstation. Where possible, connect the main computer to the router by cable. A UPS for the computer and network helps during brief power cuts.
- Phones or tablets with a modern browser for staff. Before buying printers, we check the exact model and its connection type.
Installation steps
- Tell support your Windows version, computer specifications and the number of tills, waiter devices and kitchen stations you need. There is no public installer download on the website yet.
- Once support provides the installer, open it on the main computer. Enter the venue name and the licence key, if provided. The installer also installs the required software components.
- When the app first opens, create the administrator account with your own username and password. Store the credentials safely and create separate staff accounts.
Before taking real orders
- Connect a phone and a kitchen display. In a test installation, send an order with food, a drink and a note. Check that each station receives the right items.
- Check printing, payment recording, closing and a backup with support. Keep test orders separate from real sales.
- Keep the computer and router powered on throughout service. Set the computer to stay awake during the shift.
