Greek hospitality software from Heraklion, Crete. Support 24/7. +30 697 030 5072

On your venue’s own network.

Efaeto runs on a computer at your venue. Phones, tablets and displays connect to it over the local network.

Three parts, one installation.

Staff devices

Waiting staff and cashiers open the application in the browser on their phone, tablet or computer.

Venue computer

Stores orders, calculates bills and updates all connected devices.

Kitchen and bar

Each station sees its own items. Order tickets can also be printed on compatible thermal printers.

What happens if a connection drops?

Internet outage

Local ordering continues. Card payments, fiscal provider services and remote support need their own connection. An active licence allows up to 14 days without contacting the platform.

A device leaves WiFi coverage

Pending orders are saved on the device and sent when it reconnects. The kitchen only sees them after they have been sent.

Power outage

Service stops if the computer and network lose power. Saved orders remain stored. A UPS is recommended for brief outages.

Where is your data stored?

Orders, stock and staff records are stored on the venue computer. The administrator controls what each user can see and change.

The external platform handles licensing, updates and technical support. Optional off-site backups are encrypted before they are sent.

More about data handling

Staff network

Use a protected network, separate from guest WiFi, with coverage at every service point. The database is not exposed to the internet.

What equipment do you need?

We check your existing equipment before recommending purchases. The final setup depends on your venue and service requirements.

Windows computer

Windows 11, 8 GB RAM and an SSD as the starting point for the installation assessment. The computer stays on during service.

Local network

A router and enough access points to cover the venue. We check the dining room, outdoor areas and preparation stations.

Phones, displays and printers

Devices with a modern browser and, where needed, compatible thermal printers. Hardware is purchased separately.

Let’s review your setup.
