Feature availability
Before installation is agreed, we confirm the features and equipment in writing. Items marked as in testing or planned are not presented as ready-to-use services. Fiscal documents are issued through your fiscal device or provider.

Monthly, for the months you operate, with a minimum of three per season. A beach bar with waiters open for four months pays €316. Annual prepayment for the same plan is €869, which pays off from eleven months of operation. Amounts exclude VAT.
We add your menu and prepare the devices. You use Efaeto for one regular shift alongside your current system, free of charge and with no commitment to purchase.

No. You pay for the licence, regardless of the number of orders or total sales.
With monthly billing you pay only for the months you work, with a minimum of three months. Saved data remains on your computer. You can export the reports you need before the licence expires.
It depends on your existing equipment and the venue's coverage needs. We check your computer, network and printers and provide a list of any additional equipment. You buy hardware from a supplier of your choice.
Help with the application, menu, devices and restoring backups, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Repairs or replacement of your own hardware are not included.
