The website terms and the framework of the software licence.
1. The website
The content of efaeto.gr and efaeto.com is provided for information. We aim to keep it accurate and current, particularly regarding feature availability. The binding description of the installation and services is set out in the written agreement with the customer.
The photographs and screenshots on this site belong to Efaeto. You may use them in articles and presentations about Efaeto, unaltered and with attribution. For any other use, ask in writing at support@efaeto.com. Where part of an event photograph is deliberately blurred so that faces cannot be made out, that blur must not be removed.
2. Application screenshots
Screenshots show the application's interface and features. The amounts, products and orders displayed are examples of use.
3. Software licence
- The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable, for use at the venues named in the agreement.
- It is billed per period (active month or year), never as a percentage of your sales.
- There is no limit on devices or users.
- On expiry the system warns and provides a grace period before it stops accepting new orders. Reports and data export remain accessible.
4. Your data
The data your operation produces belongs to you. It lives on your machine, you can export it at any time and we use it for no other purpose. See the privacy policy.
5. Liability and limits
The software is provided with a commitment that it works as described and is actively supported. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of equipment we do not control: your computer, network, power or printers. That is why backups, the local order outbox and the UPS recommendation exist.
Our liability is limited to the licence amount for the current period, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, where Greek law applies without limitation.
6. Fiscal compliance
Efaeto calculates VAT by rate and tracks operational orders. The A.1054/2024 declaration of compatibility is not complete. The current version does not issue legal fiscal documents and does not replace the venue’s fiscal device or provider. Current availability is explained before each installation.
Card authorisation and fiscal provider services depend on the relevant provider’s connection and procedures. Efaeto’s local ordering functionality does not provide offline card authorisation or fiscal document issuance.
7. Governing law
Greek law applies. The courts of Ioannina have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
