Prices exclude VAT. Monthly billing has a 3-month minimum per season; annual gives 12 months for the price of 11. Remote installation is included. Hardware is purchased separately from a supplier of your choice.

Frequently asked questions

Service stops while the computer and network have no power. Orders already saved remain in the database. A suitable UPS can keep essential equipment running during short outages.

Staff can connect from Android phones, iPhones, tablets or laptops with a modern browser. Before installation, we check your devices and WiFi coverage.

Efaeto currently manages orders and calculates VAT. Legal fiscal documents are issued by your venue’s fiscal device or provider. The declaration of compatibility is not complete. See the current status.

Saved data remains on your computer. You can export the reports you need to Excel before the licence expires.
